Engaging in hands-on active learning opportunities helps them achieve understanding and succeed academically. Given this it was my wish for my kiddos to participate in hands-on, project-based interactive learning in order to master science concepts. At the time I created our project we were involved in an energy unit of study in would be engaged in a series of hands-on STEAM activities including creating a variety of circuits.\r\n\r\nThe requested materials you so generously funded were needed for creating these circuits as well as labs about potential, kinetic energy and creating models using a multitude of existing materials. The snacks and treats were used as incentives and rewards. Incentives and rewards play a significant role in our kiddos' success by boosting motivation, reinforcing positive behaviors, and providing a sense of accomplishment, which can encourage students to work harder, engage more deeply with their studies, and ultimately achieve better academic results.\r\n\r\nMy students are eager learners and have been working hard to meet their academic goals throughout the school year.
