The iReady punch cards have become a huge hit! Every time a student completes an iReady lesson and passes with an 80% or higher, they get a hole punch. The students have been incredibly motivated, and it's been exciting to see them take ownership of their learning.\r\n\r\nOne of the most rewarding moments was when a student, who has always struggled with math, earned his first hole punch. His face lit up with a mix of surprise and pride. That simple act of recognition boosted his confidence immensely. Now, he's one of the most dedicated students, always asking if he can do another lesson to get closer to his goal of a completed card. The class has really embraced this new system, and the positive energy in the room is palpable. They love tracking their progress and cheering each other on.\r\n\r\nThe next step for my students is to use the knowledge they've gained from their iReady lessons to apply it to a real-world project. We're starting a new unit on financial literacy where they'll be using their math skills to budget for a mock classroom party. They'll have to calculate costs, compare prices, and stay within a set budget.
