Science class has tremendous expenditures to bring the subject out of the book and I to real life experiments.\r\nThe stakes were put to use for the Million Orchid Project. I don't know if you are familiar with the project, but it is running in the hopes of returning Florida to what it once was hundreds of years ago: a wild Orchid paradise. The plan is to infuse the urban matrix with NATIVE orchids and have them start to reproduce in our city without our help.\r\nThe stakes are to protect them, since our plants have been mowed to death multiple times sending hundreds of dollars to waste.\r\n\r\nWe have not yet used the measuring tapes yet. That will come towards the end of the year. We really cant be using spring loaded metal tapes.
