The off season of any sport is the most important time to improve general fitness but can also be a time for athletes to bond and gain strength from one another. With the necessary strength and fitness equipment our female athletes will be able to become strong in many ways. Physical fitness is known to improve not only the physical life of students but the academic and personal life as well. Having the correct equipment is essential to providing a good program. Having innovative equipment allows a program to become great! A GoFit Combat Rope is a great way to bring in a different kind of cardiovascular and strength training. Dumbells and SKLZ COREwheels equipment will allow us to create an efficient circuit training system. The Spalding Jump Strength Training equipment would add the sport specific equipment that programs are often lacking. Forming the F.A.S.T. group will afford athletes from multiple sports the opportunity to become strong and fit together. The benefits to the school and students will be positive ones!
