Part of teaching 8th grade math is not just the math concepts, but actually teaching the students how to use the calculator in the correct way. Right now, we are currently trying to understand the difference between the squared and square root buttons compare to the cube and cubic root buttons. The storage compartments have helped to keep track of the calculators at the end of each class period. \r\n\r\nThe new calculators came at the precise moment! The school needed to borrow the class set they loaned me for state testing purposes.
