I have especially noticed a change in my students' motivation to read. Students who may have needed extra encouragement are now more excited about completing their weekly reading logs because they know their hard work gives them a chance to spin the reward wheel and see which prize they will receive. It has been wonderful to see students encouraging one another and taking greater ownership of their reading.\r\n\r\nYour gifts have also helped create a classroom environment where students feel comfortable learning in different ways. Our classroom carpet has quickly become one of the most loved and frequently used areas in the room. My fourth graders gather there to read together in small groups, discuss books, and share ideas. It is also a place where a student can choose to sit quietly and work independently when they need a few minutes away from the larger group. Having a welcoming space where students can read, collaborate, or simply focus has made a noticeable difference in our classroom community.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, your support is helping my students understand that effort and learning are worth celebrating. I am seeing more students motivated to complete their reading lessons, keep up with their reading logs, and work toward their goals because they can see that their accomplishments matter. As we continue our fourth-grade adventure, we will keep using these resources to build stronger readers, encourage independence, and create meaningful learning experiences. They provide more space for flexible seating and give students access to items they might not otherwise have. Students are using these supplies on a daily basis. They have added so much to making the classroom an environment that is not only welcoming but lessons are engaging as well. We can't thank each and every one of you for the assistance to our classroom environment. We use the carpet on the daily, and others have complimented it. We use the bench for more comfortable seating for the kids and their learning, we use the stools for added use of flexible seating. My students love the carpet and say it adds so much to our classroom. I taught ELA this year and it went with us having to write all year!
