This project was very successful and many students have been able to take advantage of the materials that you helped to purchase. Students that are absent now have an opportunity to stop by my class to make up work and see a video of the lesson that they missed in a meaningful way. No longer just busy work, now students can see actual lessons of their class being taught. Many lessons are more than just reading text from a book. Many are discussions and interactive. My ability to record portions of the class and the instruction now make it possible for absent students to get more of what they missed. While a student can never really make-up a missed class, this gives them a much better chance of learning the material by seeing and hearing what went on in class while they were absent.
