These resources are helping my students practice multiplication in a way that feels engaging, hands-on, and achievable.\r\n\r\nMy students are using the new materials during small-group instruction, math centers, partner practice, and independent learning. We are working on multiplication facts, using visual supports and manipulatives to build understanding before moving toward greater fluency. One of my favorite moments has been watching students who were initially hesitant to attempt a multiplication problem begin raising their hands and saying, \"I know this one!\" That shift from \"I can't do it\"to \"Let me try\" is exactly the confidence we hoped to build.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new materials, they were excited to explore them. The colorful and hands-on resources made multiplication feel less like a difficult worksheet and more like something they could interact with and master. Students especially enjoy working together, explaining their strategies, and celebrating when they solve a problem correctly.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue building multiplication fluency while strengthening problem-solving skills. Students will use what they have learned to solve real-world word problems, explain their thinking, and apply multiplication strategies across different activities. We will continue using centers and small-group practice so that every student has opportunities to work at their own level and experience success.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, my students are not only learning multiplication, they are learning that they are capable mathematicians. Once we received supplies, our class community wasted no time using the materials to enhance their writing and fine motor skills. It was so gratifying to watch the students growth over time as they began to write letters, write their names, and use scissors to cut. It was even more exciting to see them choose to use these materials during their center time and outside of explicit instruction.\r\n\r\nIn addition, students were able to take some of these activities home to continue working on writing and fine motor skills with their parents.
