They encouraged a student that didn't want to work on basic concepts (e.g., first, next, last) and multi-step directions to keep trying so he could add more leaves to his hedgehog! The pumpkins were a fun activity for my students to practice their speech sounds while coloring pieces of their pumpkins. \r\n\r\nMy students really do love crafts and having these as a reward for practicing some trickier skills will really help my students.
