I am requesting bateries, extending Tube Mute- Ukulele Strings, Disinfectant .Our school's music program offers students many opportunities to grow as musicians. Students start their musical journey with weekly general music classes in preschool that last all the way up to 8th grade. Students study recorder in 3rd grade, begin both band and chorus in 4th grade, and learn ukulele as part of the 6th grade general music curriculum. In 7th and 8th grade, many students become composers in our MIDI Lab while others take leadership roles in our jazz band. Our school is a truly musical place!
My students need simple supplies to help them find success in the music room. Our jazz band requires an extra trumpet mute for our upcoming concert, and all of our instrumentalists in both recorder and band use Mist-T to clean their mouthpieces. Though students are exceptionally careful with their ukuleles, strings break and need to be replaced every now and then. During our three concerts per year, we require 9V batteries for our microphones.
Finally, our large music room requires me to use a microphone during classes and rehearsals so that students can hear me. The microphone requires AA batteries.
