Our students have greatly enjoyed the sensory items donated. When students are feeling dis regulated they feel safe going to the calm area to reset themselves. The various textured sensory items on the wall are a favorite! \r\n We have medically fragile students who also enjoy watching the fish bubble tube while relaxing on the mat table. They also like the various tactile sensory boards for relaxation.\r\n Another favorite in the classroom are the three sensory bins that hold kinetic sand as well as toys to help with fine motor skills.
