This was the same reaction for our students. Instead of feeling like they were stepping into a traditional \"disciplinary office,\" seeing the new additions transformed the room into a safe haven. \r\nThese resources are already actively transforming how our students and Dean of Students work through high-stakes conflicts. I\r\n\r\nMoving forward, our next step is to use this dedicated environment to build long-term student capacity. Beyond resolving active conflicts, we hope to use the space to help student leaders to facilitate peer-led mediation circles.
