Additionally, students were able to not only learn and take quizzes demonstrating their learning, but to push that learning further into a project-based task. \r\n\r\nIn the task, students practiced writing a letter to their representative in the US House of Representatives. After this, students put on a peaceful demonstration in the classroom complete with signs, chants, a mock interview with the media, and a petition drive to gather signatures. \r\n\r\nOverall, it was a smashing success. Thank you all who supported this endeavor.
