The students started back in August and had the biggest smiles on their faces walking into school seeing the new nets and balls. Soccer has always been a big hit at our school but the popularity has increased tremendously. So much so that we had to even buy more goals for younger scholars. \r\n\r\nWhile monitoring their play during recess, lunch, and PE, I have been able to witness students working on their sportsmanship, skills, and communication skills. They are always high fiving and help each other up when they fall. Having things in place such as pencils, books, art paper is really important to the organization of the classroom so the students know where things are located. The students LOVE brain breaks when they get to use the playdoh. The creativity comes out and they make some great creations. The one thing I love for those students who need a little bit more of a break are the water boards. The kids who have used them say it is a calming activity for them. So thank you again for supporting us.","fullyFundedDate":1757099508557,"projectUrl":"project/back-to-school-is-cool/9433965/","projectTitle":"Back to School is Cool!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Knight","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2120429_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1502117053584","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2120429"},{"teacherId":9223103,"projectId":9307115,"letterContent":"This has been such a fun project to carry out. Due to the timing of the year, we didn't plant our seeds just yet but we picked up some flower for the beds.
