Thank you! Thank you. Our 2nd Annual Public Safety Day was a huge success thanks to your generous donations! We expanded our reach and invited 12 local organizations (while we only had 7 the first year) to teach students about public health and safety! The tables enabled each organization to set up the items they presented with as well as give them a dedicated space to give examples of what they use in the field. \r\n\r\nEach safety organization who attended our Safety Day commented on the usefulness of having the tables and chairs set up for their convenience. We have hopes of expanding the Public Safety Day this upcoming school year to more grade levels at our school. We could not do it without your support and generosity. We had representatives from local sheriff and police departments, the fire department, water rescue, the US Coast Guard, the FBI, and Office of Emergency Services. Each organization provided valuable information to the students.
