As many of you know, my classroom gets flooded with sewage water multiple times a year during the rainy season. Its super gross, and also our rugs keep getting destroyed., which has been annoying and also expensive every year. Being able to start this year with new clean rugs is huge. The rugs help create visual boundaries for different areas, rugs also help the students know where their personal body space it. Additionally, having a cozy and colorful kinder classroom brings me, the kids, and the families great joy. \r\n This year, and thanks to our families and PTA, we have got a plan to help get the sewage issue resolved. Just today I saw the district crew come out and do a flush of all the drains and sewage system. I am hopeful this helps to solve this problem, but again I want to say a huge thank you for the rugs. I even have a back up rug now to throw down in case of emergency! \r\n Thanks again everyone! I am really looking forward teaching this year and having nice new rugs to play and sit on.","fullyFundedDate":1742919294196,"projectUrl":"project/oh-no-sewage-flood-new-clean-rugs-plea/8984368/","projectTitle":"Oh No!
