Beside the calendar accents, I also got lots of prices for my students to get in our weekly raffle. They get to fill their participation and good behavior tickets and every Friday we have a raffle and they get to choose a prize from our treasure. Thanks to you, each of my students received their own binder and jumbo glue. \r\nThey use their binder to organize all their work they do throughout the week and every Friday, during weekly clean up time, they get to take all their work home. They have learned pretty well how to store their work. At first it was a little hard because they wanted to take home their work on the same day, but now they know that their binder helps them keep their work organized and that they will be patient and wait until Friday to take it home to show to their parents. \r\nThey get to use their glue for projects that involve cutting and pasting and in first grade we have a lot of these kinds of projects. Their jumbo glue stick is still in the works, they know how to make good use of it, I taught them how to use it and how not to waste it.
