Students come to the library to select new stories to read and to gain confidence in reading them. With the materials purchased for this project, I will be able to create a cozy new book nook for my students in our library. This book nook will be a safe, comfortable, and special place for our school's students to sit and enjoy reading. Most of our students have been away from their friends and from school for a year and a half. Now that they're returning to school, I hope to give them a safe and cozy place for them to get comfortable at school again. I want our students to WANT to come to the library and to feel safe and secure here.
