Your incredible generosity has enabled close to 100 students at our Title One school complete cardio workout every Wednesday.\r\n\r\nMy students were very excited to see their new yoga mats and we have been using them every Wednesday since they arrived. We now have two classes that are able to complete a cardio workout simultaneously in the main gym instead of just one. We are able to cue up a workout using our Promethean Board and everyone has their own space to participate. Our gym classes have three sections of 40 plus students, so we have created a rotation where students get to utilize the mats twice in a three week span. The LCD boards have quickly become a game-changer. They let every student show their thinking instantly, which helps me spot misunderstandings right away and keep everyone engaged during lessons.\r\n\r\nStudents are especially excited about how fun and \"high-tech\" the boards feel. They love solving problems, holding up their answers, and trying again with a quick tap to erase. Even routine practice feels interactive and hands-on.\r\n\r\nI've also seen some students connect with this tool in meaningful ways. After eight years of teaching with my old iPad, it had finally reached the end of its life—but because of you, I now have a new iPad and Apple Pencil that let me keep using one of my most effective teaching strategies: teaching from anywhere in the room.\r\nBeing able to move freely around the classroom has made such a difference. I can check in with students as they work, provide immediate feedback, and redirect attention without stopping the lesson for everyone. The new tools connect seamlessly to our Promethean board, allowing me to keep lessons interactive and engaging—even with classes of up to 36 students at a time!\r\nMy students love seeing their ideas come to life on the big screen as we use drawing apps, annotation tools, and interactive lessons. The Apple Pencil especially has been a game-changer for modeling problem-solving and note-taking in real time.\r\nYour generosity has helped me continue teaching in a way that truly keeps students engaged, supported, and on task.
