The materials arrived this week, and I already had the opportunity to use them in my classroom yesterday!!! The yoga mats look great and fit easily into the storage units.\r\n\r\nMy fellow gym teachers and classes were very excited to see the new yoga mats. After going over a few ground rules, we got right down to it with a cardio workout. Students (and I) followed along with a 20-minute Peloton cardio workout and stretched, did jumping jacks, planks, mountain climbers, and more. Everyone was very enthusiastic, and several students commented on how comfortable the mats were, and they were looking forward to the next time we get to use them.\r\n\r\nAs the school year progresses, we will use the mats regularly to supplement our cardio program. They will be utilized by all four PE teachers, as well as the dance teacher, so they will get a ton of use.
