Throughout testing, they practiced mindfulness techniques and learned how to manage stress and focus on the present moment.\r\n\r\nWe ended our mindfulness project with a guided painting activity on canvas, where students enjoyed expressing themselves through art while staying centered and relaxed. It was a powerful way for them to focus, recharge, and reflect.\r\n\r\nYour contribution made this experience possible.
