Since all of their materials are kept in their bins they have more space when working with hands on materials like in math. \r\n\r\nThe shelves have allowed students to have their own permanent/safe spot to put their bins into on a daily basis. Having these simple tools has made such a difference — my students feel proud walking into class knowing they have what they need to succeed.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting moments was opening up the new science kits. Since we don't have a formal science curriculum, these kits brought science alive in a way my students had never experienced before.
