The double-sided whiteboards have sparked excitement among my second graders. The freedom to write on one side and draw on the other is a great benefit. This simple feature helps make a big difference in keeping students focused and productive.\r\n\r\nThe thin markers have also been a huge hit. Their size makes them easier for little hands to grip, helping students practice proper pencil-holding technique while writing letters and solving math problems. It's a small detail, but it's had a big impact on their handwriting and confidence.\r\n\r\nThe $100 Teachers Pay Teachers gift card has opened up exciting new possibilities for our lessons. I have been able to purchase activities that spark curiosity and joy. The students' enthusiasm is a direct result of your support.\r\n\r\nTo show their appreciation, each student wrote a personal thank-you card and drew a picture. Their messages—like \"You made our classroom more fun!\" and \"Thank you for helping our brains grow!\"—reflect the joy and gratitude they feel. Your kindness has made a lasting impression on their hearts and minds.","fullyFundedDate":1758856138270,"projectUrl":"project/scribble-solve-succeed-whiteboards-/9384936/","projectTitle":"Scribble, Solve, Succeed: Whiteboards & TPT Magic for 2nd Graders!”","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Girvan","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1339719_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1653415336773","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/girvan"},{"teacherId":1492116,"projectId":8751047,"letterContent":"Thank you isn't enough to express my gratitude. It's unbelievable how something as seemingly simple as a sandbox can make such a huge impact on little learners. Talk about a popular recess activity!\r\n\r\nThe sandboxes that you donated to purchase have given our students an alternative to running aimlessly at recess. The way the boys and girls sit and collaborate in such a calm way in the sandbox really is amazing. Children who tend to get into quarrels on the playground equipment are able to play so nicely with their peers in the sandbox.\r\n\r\nThe sandboxes have also worked to facilitate more interaction from our students with varying degrees of social anxiety and autism. They are now the most popular books in my library. \r\n I have used many of the books to create writing prompts. After I read a book and discussed it, we would create a graphic organizer to map out the story or lesson. My students would then use this to develop their writing.
