Teaching some of the fraction concepts can be tricky, the tactile visuals will really help students get a better understanding of fractions, especially when it comes to fraction comparison. I finally have a class set of fraction bars so that each pair of students can share a set as we work on problems in the workbook. The flip charts, and the kit with individual pouches of fraction manipulatives will be enjoyed this year when we get to this concept.
