For over ten years, we have been working on collecting enough heavy-duty, long-lasting trikes so that no child has to wait a turn if they want to ride a trike. We thought we'd achieved that goal. We're currently waiting for the butterflies to emerge. \r\nMeanwhile we put the ladybug larva into their ladybug house. We watched them grow and eat. We came back from Thanksgiving to see the pupa attached to the wall. four days later, the ladybugs emerged. The kids were surprised to see that they emerged yellow with black spots.
