Around half of the students on our campus have never stepped foot on a high school campus and are still stuck in the middle school student state of mind. The students of Palo Verde are learning that following the PBIS Expectations will reward them. We are launching a digital PBIS reward points system which will allow students to use their points to purchase items in the PBIS student store. It is entirely helpful to have support to fund the student store. The more items we have in the store, the more of a buy-in we will get. This program will help to continue to build community and promote positive behaviors on campus. Which will follow our students and allow them to succeed in the World. This helps reinforce the opportunity to learn what it means to be responsible, respectful and safe in every capacity.
