They were very excited when the weighted animals came in. They couldn't wait to start using them. \r\n\r\nI have one project on DonorsChoose right now and that is for some new canvas panels for our art center. My students have been painting on paper and I want to give them the opportunity to continue expressing their art through painting on canvas panels. I want to give my students the opportunity to explore art and the different types of painting materials. I believe that they will enjoy having this hands-on learning experience. The coloring book is their favorite activity to work on. \r\n\r\nThey were very happy to see the resources when they came in. I explained to them what these resources were going to be used for and they couldn't wait to start using them.I have three live projects on DonorsChoose right now. One is for some art supplies because I feel that my students can feel even more comfortable expressing their feelings through art. The second one is for some weighted stuffed animals. These stuffed animals will help give my students the pressure and comfort that they need when they start to feel stressed or anxious about something and the other one is for some social emotional activities.
