As a high school math teacher, having access to this kind of dynamic technology is a complete game-changer. It allows me to move away from static whiteboard lectures and bring abstract mathematical concepts to life in ways that truly engage my students.\r\n\r\nWith this iPad, I can now use interactive graphing software to help students visually manipulate equations in real time, step away from the front of the room to assist students individually while still presenting, and instantly share step-by-step problem-solving methods. For high schoolers struggling with complex topics like algebra, geometry, and calculus, having these visual and interactive tools makes a world of difference in building their confidence and understanding.\r\n\r\nYour support directly impacts my students' daily learning experience and inspires them to see math as something approachable and exciting. These are complex, hands-on skills, and one of the best ways to measure real growth is through a portfolio. With the materials you provided, students are able to collect drawings and photos of their work and build a portfolio that tells the story of everything they've accomplished on and behind the stage.\r\n\r\nBeyond the classroom, these portfolios matter for my students' futures. Because of you, my students finally have the one piece that was missing from bringing their creative work fully to life.\r\n\r\nMy students do so much more than act in theatre class — they design projects, complete written assignments, and put together presentations that include images and visual work. Before your donation, all of that had to be printed in black and white, no matter how much color and creativity went into making it. Now, students can print their projects exactly as they envisioned them, and the difference in their pride and engagement is obvious right away.\r\n\r\nWatching students hold up a printed poster, character study, or set design in full color instead of grayscale has been such a joy. It makes their work feel finished and professional, like something worth sharing rather than just turning in. My students love the freedom to choose a seat that works for their bodies and their creative process, and that comfort translates directly into confidence on stage and off.\r\n\r\nTheatre is all about creativity, collaboration, and feeling safe enough to take risks, and this flexible seating has made my classroom warmer and more inviting than ever. It's become a space students genuinely want to be in — and honestly, it's not just the students. Since cell phones are not allowed during the school day, the iPad gives students the opportunity to continue creating and editing content in class without having to use their personal phones. Students can also check out the iPad when they need additional time to work on Student Council projects at home.\r\n\r\nThe refrigerator has also been helpful because many of my students stay after school for meetings, decorating, and preparing for events. It gives them a place to keep food and drinks while they are working late. However, we have realized that it is a little too small for the number of students who use our Student Council room and it does not have a freezer area. We are very grateful for everything this project provided, and seeing how much our students use these resources has helped us better understand what they need to continue growing as student leaders.\r\n\r\nThank you to everyone who supported our project and invested in our students.
