They immediately wanted to get the projects started and have been very diligent with caring for the plants. The students have successfully harvested Oregano and Sage that they have brought home and shared with their families. \r\nWith the support of these materials, I was able to dedicate more time to guiding students in critical thinking and experimentation around sustainable growing methods, rather than spending extensive time on resource creation.
