Since our space is so small, it helps to be able to share a screen with the students that's big enough for all of them to see, instead of having to crowd around a squishy table. \r\nThe students love how we can also use this monitor as a screen for playing games when they get reward time. In school, however, headphones play a powerful role in personalized learning. With individual headphones, students can fully engage in educational videos, phonics programs, audiobooks, language learning apps, and interactive lessons without distractions. They are able to clearly hear instructions, practice listening skills, and move at their own pace. This is especially important in a busy classroom where multiple small groups may be working on different activities at the same time.\r\n\r\nI've noticed particular growth in students who benefit from focused, distraction-free environments. Some of my quieter students have really warmed up to using technology because they can listen closely without feeling overwhelmed by background noise. A few of my emerging readers are thriving with audiobooks and phonics support programs—they can follow along confidently and practice skills independently.
