Students also tend to struggle with volume. With this new printer we could make 3d models of compound shapes that the students were able to measure and find volume in an authentic situation. \r\n\r\nThis printer was also used to make parts for an engineering project. It is amazing what can be done when you don't have to search the internet for a needed part.
