These resources will be incredibly helpful in our current ELA unit, \"Then and Now,\" where we study inventions and how \r\nWe have also created simple circuits to learn about electricity. Circuits have become a powerful throughline for growth mindset—we talk about how our brains \"wire and fire\" to store new information, just like a circuit completes a path to light an LED. When something doesn't work the first time, we use it as a chance to learn from our mistakes instead of giving up.\r\n\r\nThe headphones have been a quiet game-changer. They allow my students to focus during blended learning time so they can meet their individual goals on our online platforms. Many of them are already showing growth in reading and math because they can finally hear and concentrate without distractions.\r\n\r\nNext, we'll build on our learning and experiences with these materials in our Makerspace, where students will design and create inventions that solve real-world problems in our classroom and community.
