Sunflowers are very large flowers and typically draw in hundreds of bees which is so fabulous for us. This project has made a huge difference and has allowed my students to take their instruments home for practice. We currently have 11 students enrolled, with more expected to join after their sports seasons end. The excitement has spread throughout the school as students see my kids walking around with their guitars.\r\nThe day the cases arrived was unforgettable—the kids were ecstatic! They were thrilled to finally take their guitars home, and now they carry them around campus with pride and joy (pun intended). It's an amazing feeling to see them playing before school or during class breaks, practicing the music they've been working on.\r\nMusic was a great escape for me as a kid. It taught me perseverance, self-confidence, and gave me a deeper appreciation for the arts and other cultures. Back then, I had to teach myself because resources like these weren't available. That's why I'm so grateful to offer this opportunity to students who truly want it. What's even more rewarding is seeing students of different skill levels come together to help each other. They're learning from me—and from each other.\r\nThis is our inaugural year, and I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of interest. Since we're a K–8 school, we plan to open the club to elementary students as well.
