The ink you helped fund has kept our color printer running smoothly, allowing students to see their artwork and visual resources come to life in full color. This has made a tremendous difference in their understanding of color, texture, and composition—and in the pride they take in their work.\r\n\r\nOne of our favorite projects this year was creating digital monochromatic portraits of students' pets. Being able to print these vibrant images helped students make clear connections between digital design and traditional painting. They studied the rich tones, textures, and details of their printed images as references while painting their own artworks, leading to more confident and creative results.\r\n\r\nYour support gave my students the tools to see their ideas realized in ways that black-and-white printing simply can't provide. You've helped them experience the joy of seeing their art represented beautifully, and that validation fuels their motivation to keep creating. Thank you for helping us bring color, creativity, and inspiration to every student in our classroom!","fullyFundedDate":1755716898002,"projectUrl":"project/fuel-for-creativity-ink-to-inspire-youn/9351838/","projectTitle":"Fuel for Creativity: Ink to Inspire Young Artists","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Lamanna","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5936714"},{"teacherId":5936714,"projectId":9562046,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generosity, my students have been able to dive into new, engaging art lessons that have truly transformed our classroom. The resources I purchased from Teachers Pay Teachers provided skill-building worksheets, clear visual examples, and detailed lesson plans that helped guide students through each step of the creative process. These materials made it easier for my young artists to understand new techniques, explore different media, and develop stronger foundational skills.\r\n\r\nStudents who once hesitated to draw or paint now approach their projects with confidence and excitement. The visual references gave them concrete examples to learn from, while the structured lessons supported their growth and independence. Because of your support, my 1st–5th grade artists have access to high-quality, inspiring materials that nurture their creativity and help them see themselves as real artists. Your donation truly made a lasting impact on their learning and self-expression.","fullyFundedDate":1755717154863,"projectUrl":"project/inspiring-young-artists-one-lesson-at-a/9562046/","projectTitle":"Inspiring Young Artists, One Lesson at a Time","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Lamanna","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5936714"},{"teacherId":5999228,"projectId":9707016,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generosity, my students and I are already utilizing our new resources every single day! The highlighters, pencils, tissues, and dry-erase markers have become staples during our math and science lessons. Students eagerly use the highlighters to mark key ideas in their notes, and the stools and couch have created flexible seating options that help them feel comfortable and focused during group work. The laminating sheets and color printer have been game changers for creating durable, colorful reference materials that students can use repeatedly. Of course, the candy rewards have quickly become a favorite motivator during class activities and reviews!\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments was watching my students collaborate during a science review game. With their new markers in hand and a flexible seating arrangement, they worked as teams to solve problems on whiteboards. They were so proud to use bright laminated visuals as part of their answers—it made learning feel exciting and interactive.\r\n\r\nRight now, we are working on building strong note-taking and problem-solving skills in both math and science. These new resources are helping us practice organization, collaboration, and creativity. As we move forward, my students will continue using these supplies to strengthen their independence and confidence in learning.\r\n\r\nThank you again for making this possible. With access to color printing and technology like Google Draw, students were able to dive into the creative process, learning not only how to navigate new digital tools but also how to apply traditional art concepts—like texture, shading, and color value—in a modern format. For many of them, it was their first time creating digital art. Several students shared that they didn't even know how to use Google Draw before this experience, but through trial, exploration, and persistence, they developed skills they now feel confident using in future projects.\r\n\r\nWhat has been most exciting to the students is seeing their work come to life in print. Being able to hold their digital art in their hands, with full color and detail, has given them a deep sense of pride and accomplishment. One student reflected on how using color value helped convey emotion and depth in their artwork, while another recognized the importance of patience during the creative process—realizing that sometimes stepping away and returning with fresh eyes can lead to breakthroughs. These moments of growth and reflection are exactly why this project matters. It has helped students develop both technical skills and artistic voice, and for a few, it's even sparked a new passion for digital media that they might not have discovered otherwise. Your support has made all of this possible, and we are so grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1736997082840,"projectUrl":"project/bringing-art-to-life-empowering-a-color/9061522/","projectTitle":"Bringing Art to Life: Empowering a Colorful Tomorrow","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Lamanna","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5936714"},{"teacherId":8119578,"projectId":8892895,"letterContent":"We welcome the addition of another mobile wipe board to our Math classroom. Students were excited to see an extra vertical station with a wipeable surface because they love to get out of their seats, stretch their legs, and stretch their minds with a larger surface on which to write. At times the spaces provided on our practice pages do not leave enough room for students to write all the information they need to include in their responses, and being able to erase quickly and begin again to enhance their responses is an additional bonus.\r\n\r\nAlthough my current project strives to help our classroom obtain basic, but very needed supplies like dry erase markers to replenish the ones we have used or extra binders to replace the ones with broken spines; I intend to get another project started soon for additional mobile wipe boards because they are such an asset to our classroom.\r\n\r\nWe appreciate all of your generosity and thank you for choosing our classroom as a focus for your charitable donations.","fullyFundedDate":1731498586314,"projectUrl":"project/wipe-away-the-barriers-to-learning/8892895/","projectTitle":"Wipe Away the Barriers to Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Teresa Jasiewicz","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8119578_orig.jpg?crop=1534,1534,x0,y194&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754783780243","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8119578"},{"teacherId":9473633,"projectId":8530361,"letterContent":"My students have been enjoying the mini golf addition to our Jeopardy Review Games in Science class.
