I teach US History to 8th grade students at Trafford Middle School. My 8th-grade Social Studies students at Trafford Middle School are a vibrant, socio-economically diverse group of learners. Bridging working-class families and suburban neighborhoods, our classroom brings together students from all financial backgrounds. While economic challenges mean that many of my students cannot easily afford specialized classroom supplies, their determination and passion for learning never falter. My goals is that every student steps into Social Studies on equal footing, equipped with the interactive materials they need to build critical thinking skills, analyze primary sources, and take pride in their academic growth.
