Your kindness and commitment to education have made a meaningful and lasting impact on our students.\r\n\r\nThurgood Marshall Elementary is a Title I school located in Morrow, Georgia, serving a community with a low socio-economic demographic. Many of our scholars face challenges that extend beyond the classroom, including limited access to consistent and nutritious snacks that support their ability to focus and learn throughout the school day. Your support helped bridge that gap.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, our scholars were provided with nourishing snacks that fueled both their bodies and minds. The \"Food for Thought\" project ensured that students who might otherwise struggle with hunger were able to remain attentive, engaged, and ready to learn. We observed noticeable improvements in student focus, participation, and overall classroom behavior, especially during critical instructional periods later in the day.\r\n\r\nBeyond the academic benefits, your support also had a powerful social and emotional impact. Scholars felt cared for, valued, and supported knowing that people they may never meet believed in their success. For many students, receiving a snack was not just about food—it was about dignity, comfort, and the reassurance that their needs matter.\r\n\r\nThis project also supported our efforts to create an equitable learning environment where all students, regardless of economic background, have the opportunity to thrive. By removing the barrier of hunger, you helped our scholars maximize their learning potential and participate more confidently in daily classroom activities.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has truly made a difference in the lives of our scholars at Thurgood Marshall Elementary.
