With your donation, we were able to receive the microphone and pro tools program to get us recording. The microphone has been a great addition to our studio. It has given our studio a warm and professional sound! Pro tools is the industry standard for studio recording and it has helped tremendously! \r\nTo give you an example of the impact your donation has on our program, I'll describe our first student artist interaction. After hearing my announcement during school that we were building a recording studio, a young lady named Jasmine introduced herself to me at lunchtime. She said she sings with the choir but she's always wanted to record a song and eventually write and record her own original music. About a week later, I had an original instrumental track, original lyrics to a song and she is now working toward completing an ep before her graduation this summer.
