Now, having uniform, comfortable seating has completely transformed the atmosphere of my office. It has allowed me to create a welcoming, intentional space where students feel valued the moment they step through the door.\r\n\r\nWe are utilizing these new resources constantly, especially during our small-group counseling sessions aimed at helping students achieve their academic goals this semester. Having a dedicated, cohesive setup means I am prepared to host student groups at all times. This has been incredibly helpful after school, when multiple students often drop by at once to chat with me and connect with each other. In these moments, the physical layout allows for a natural circle of support; not only do the students receive guidance from me, but the group dynamic fosters an environment of altruism where they actively offer support to one another, deeply enhancing their overall experience.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, these stools will remain central to our daily routine as we head into the final stretch of the semester.
