With all of your help, students were able to take home supplies that their families could not afford. When I received all of your donations, the timing could not have been more perfect. It was coming close to our school's Christmas break. Many students were able to stock up on what they needed for the two-week break. \r\nYour generous donations were also distributed throughout the school to other teachers. I was able to give each teacher who requested materials a small box filled with the supplies so that the teachers can have them on hand. Our Gym teacher was able to restock on deodorants and feminine products and I even had some teachers request toothbrushes, lotion, and dry shampoos to keep in their classrooms for the students who were too shy to approach me for help. \r\nWe all know that high school can be intimidating and comes with its fair share amount of unique pressure.
