The Scholastic Magazines are both digital and paper. This allows students to use them in the classroom as well as at home. They are very nice for modern topics for kids to discuss and practice reading. Keeping a visual view with my students is important for them to keep eye contact with me as well as check for understanding. The stand-up desk is so I can "see" the students even when I am on my computer. The document camera will be wonderful for me to use to show students how to do a math problem, record the work for virtual students as well as give them a verbal explanation of the problem.
