I have a special area in my classroom called the \"Calm Down Corner.\" When a student feels overwhelmed, sad, angry, or frustrated, they can choose to go to this area. I am using the Express Your Feelings bottles as a core component of this space. The bottles are designed with different colors and internal elements that visually represent an emotion, like a swirling, chaotic mix for \"angry\" or a slow, settled glitter for \"calm.\" Students are encouraged to pick the bottle that matches how they feel, shake it up, and then watch as the contents slowly settle. This simple, quiet action helps them focus, regulate their breathing, and calm their bodies before they're ready to talk about their feelings.","fullyFundedDate":1752173423557,"projectUrl":"project/help-us-welcome-students-back-to-school/9429199/","projectTitle":"Help Us Welcome Students Back to School!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. T Saidji","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9994162"},{"teacherId":9994162,"projectId":9298471,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for the floor seats!
