At the beginning of the school year, we only had six chargers, so students had to rotate iPads, share devices, or wait for an iPad to charge before they could use their reading and math learning apps. Now, having enough chargers means students can keep their iPads powered and ready to learn without unnecessary waiting.\r\n\r\nOur students are especially excited that they no longer have to share iPads because their devices are ready to use when they need them. They are also eager to help keep our classroom organized. We have designated two student helpers to manage the chargers, and because so many students want a turn, we will rotate helpers every two weeks. The visual schedule has also been very helpful as we continue teaching routines and expectations and helping our students become more independent.
