They were so excited to see all the new materials and seeing their faces light up meant the world to my team and I. I have loved seeing each child create cities, towers, turn into Steve from Minecraft and so many more things. The ability to see their creative minds grow has been such a wonderful blessing.\r\n I think the most incredible impact though is that my students remind each other that people outside of the school helped buy these materials and that they need to care for these materials and treat them with gentleness. I teach students who have large behaviors that often result in materials being broken or damaged, but these materials are so cherished and special to my students that when they see other students playing roughly with them they remind them that they are to be treated with kindness. \r\n Thank you so much for making my classroom a better place for my students. I am so grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1739796829371,"projectUrl":"project/team-wonder-is-growing/9110017/","projectTitle":"Team Wonder is Growing!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Keenan","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7571163"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_19627","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":52,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":35,"percentWhite":20,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":31,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Not specified","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"MDR District Record","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":null},"inStateSupporters":70.3,"schoolId":19627,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Sanders School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Sanders School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/indiana/msd-of-wayne-township/sanders-school/19627"}
