Because of your donation, our students now have access to an incredible new resource that will help them experience Physics in a new way.\r\nWe have already put these fantastic new materials to work. Recently, we used them during our Kinematics lab, where they have to solve for the launch velocity of the launcher three different ways. \r\nPrior to having these resources, we used spring launchers, but over time the springs wear out and are inconsistent. The air pressure launcher you purchased for us gives us repeatable trials to test our data. Now, my students can directly interact with physics in real time. They were able to collect accurate, hands-on data, discuss unexpected results, and troubleshoot hypotheses together. The collaboration and critical thinking in the room reached a whole new level.\r\nYour investment in our classroom continues to pay off as we move forward into our upcoming lessons. Next month, we'll take what we've learned and apply it to Forces and Energy. The launchers will give us a measurable force and kinetic energy to study during these units. These materials will remain a cornerstone of our curriculum for years to come, inspiring not just this year's class, but future classes as well.\r\nThank you again for giving my students the opportunity to explore, discover, and fall in love with physics through hands-on learning.
