This will help educate me, while adding even more texts (poetry & short stories), which will, in turn, be pieces I can add to my class. Important focuses within these selections are several POC cultures & even more LGBT+ pieces which I could angle whole units. This will help to continue broadening of my own educational understanding, as well as continue to broaden the context of our students before they head out into the real world on the other side of graduation. Please do help with this endeavor for my classroom.
