The students explored the books in novel groups. We chose just right books from your donations and used depth and complexity to explore the books, as well as International Baccalaureate learner profiles and attributes. They were captivated by the stories and talked about them throughout the year. \r\n\r\nThey also really enjoyed the cushions, the noise cancelling head phones, and the bouncy bands. The cushions were used on the chairs as well as on the floor when they were learning and working. They help get their wiggles out and kept them better focused. The noise cancelling head phones were a big hit. They really help those neurodivergent students to remain calm or reset themselves when needed. The students these days really like to move and the desk bouncy bands were used heavily. They helped them remain in their seats and regain focus when they began to stray. \r\n\r\nThank you for your generosity!
