It may seem simple, but its impact is truly meaningful. With this ink, we are now able to create vibrant worksheets, engaging visuals, and colorful learning materials that help our students stay focused and excited about learning. I was able to print out resources I created for our math wall, calm down corner, and calendar. The students also are grateful to have math tools, emotion charts, and their descriptive writing graphic organizers and checklists in color. \r\n\r\nColor plays a powerful role in helping students understand and remember new concepts. Your donation allows us to bring lessons to life in so many ways: brightly printed reading passages, color coded math supports and creative project materials. This contribution helps our classroom feel more dynamic, organized and welcoming. Boy does the cart come in handy to get it all outside and keep it organized!\r\n\r\n Our new STEM toys have also brought a lot a joy as well. We have been having fun building great cities with our magnetic sets. Boy has our imagination gone wild with them! The magnetic rocks and bead set have been a big hits as well! We use our gratitude journals are used at the end of everyday to show appreciation towards are teammates, the prizes are used every Monday as rewards for our hard work the week before through our WOH Board, and our mini-journals have been used for sticker storage and personal drawings. Also, students who don't have any snacks or food to eat, or students who are hungry are able to get the energy that they need. My class was also thrilled to get water bottles. My students are loving the tracing sensory pads to help them practice their alphabet and writing. We even added one into our calm down corner. I was also able to make my students and student council members their ID badges and they are excited to wear and use them in our upcoming school events. \r\n\r\nI added our stickers, puzzle erasers, and pencil toppers to the classroom \"store\" and students have been working hard to earn and save up to be able to get those prizes. The pencil toppers were a hit and have been helpful in having students keep track of which pencil is theirs. The students were extremely grateful to be able to have new folders. I had been reusing the same plastic folders for about 10 years, and some were ripped/broken. They were happy to get new folders to keep their work for each subject in. I am grateful to now have a label maker to quickly label their folders for them, without the need to print, cut, and glue them on anymore. They also love the mousepads, which has made moving their wireless mouse around so much easier for them. The cushions are being used as a table reward to earn it for \"comfy cushions\" for the week. Students have been competitive in earning table points because they want to earn them. \r\n\r\nMy student council members just used the mini mics to create the next school assembly video and the kids were ecstatic.
