Our school is located a few miles from the California-Mexico border in a low socioeconomic area in which technology and having access to books is something we only get to experience at school. We are a class of 1st/2nd grade students anxious and happy to learn. We are very eager to learn to read but with limited resources at home, most of our exposure to technology and books is in our very own classroom. Our class is an active class of students who are highly engaged on the computers and in our classroom library as it is literacy rich and fun! Help us make the most of our 1st/2nd grade year with tools that will help us learn and build strong skills as a student.
