Math can be a complicated subject and once you feel you don't understand it you try to get away from it. When we provide students with supports in mathematics that make the learning fun and meaningful, we make bridges for our students so that they can improve their skills. \r\n\r\nElementary students in particular need these foundational skills because the mathematics learned in middle and high school gets more and more complicated, ensuring our students have foundational skills is imperative. These tools provide not only opportunities for hands on learning, but also different tasks that make learning math more fun! \r\n\r\nMoving forward, I plan to consistently implement all the strategies we've worked on with these materials and use them with all my grade levels and all my students. What I truly love about these materials are that every child in my elementary program can use them throughout the year and from year to year making them invaluable classroom tools.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for your support of my classroom and most importantly, my students.
