I'm using new assessment tools and exemplar lesson models to refine lesson planning, increase formative checks for understanding, and design clearer learning targets. Your generosity has already made a meaningful difference for my students.\r\nSince I introduced the assortment of natural, low‑calorie flavored water packets at my classroom water bottle station, students are drinking more water throughout the day. A recent moment that stands out: during a hands‑on STEM challenge, I noticed a group who usually drifts off‑task stay focused for the entire 40‑minute session. Several students later told me the flavored water helped them feel refreshed and alert. We've also started short, student‑led mini‑experiments comparing how hydration affects concentration and reaction time, which turned into lively discussions about the science of the body, data collection, and responsible use of reusable bottles.\r\nThe students were excited when they first saw the new materials. Many immediately refilled their bottles and asked thoughtful questions about ingredients and healthy choices. That curiosity led directly into our lessons: we used the packets as a springboard to teach the biology of hydration, how the body uses water during learning, and how small behavior changes support long‑term wellness. The flavored options have made it easier for students who typically avoid plain water to choose a healthier drink instead of sugary alternatives.\r\nI will continue integrating hydration science into our STEM curriculum by designing simple experiments, tracking class water consumption data, and having students analyze and present their findings. I will use their feedback to refine which flavors I offer and to reinforce lessons about nutrition, habit formation, and environmental responsibility with reusable bottles. Over time I expect to see sustained improvements in focus, energy during lessons, and student ownership of healthy habits.\r\nI am deeply grateful for your support.
