We are constantly trying to add to our classroom library, so the students have a variety of books to read or a novel to study. This will help build students comprehension skills. Imagine your favorite area in your home to read. It's a nice, cozy, serene place you can go to when you want to wind down and just read for pleasure and pure relaxation. I want to create an area in my classroom that's inviting, relaxing and tranquil. During a designated time during the day the students will be allowed to go to our classroom library and choose a book that interest them. From this project they will gain fluency and comprehension all while reading in a nice comfortable area of the classroom.
