The new resources you provided have already become essential tools in our daily math lessons. My students use their iPads regularly, and the earbuds and stylus pens have made it possible for them to blend technology with \"old-school\" hands-on learning. The rolling storage cart and hanging file organizers have helped us create a smoother, more organized workflow—students can now quickly grab what they need and transition between activities without losing learning time.\r\n\r\nOne of the most meaningful moments so far has been watching students use the Crayola colored pencils to create math posters for our classroom and complete reflection drawings that help them process and illustrate their thinking. These activities have added a creative dimension to math that many students didn't know they could enjoy.\r\n\r\nWhen the boxes arrived, the excitement was immediate. Students crowded around asking, \"Is that for us?\" and \"Can we use these today?\" They were especially thrilled by the colorful stylus pens and the huge classpack of colored pencils—materials they rarely get to use in such abundance. Their smiles said everything.\r\n\r\nThe earbuds have been especially impactful. Students use them to access text-to-speech and other accessibility tools on their iPads, ensuring all learners—including our ELL and exceptional education students—can fully engage with the curriculum. What I am most grateful for this year are people: my students and their families, my colleagues, family, and friends, and the generous donors that helped me build the classroom my students deserve.\r\n\r\nWhen I created this project, I was most excited to use the vertical boards to create inquiry-based math lessons in the style of Building Thinking Classrooms. I did create those lessons, and it was amazing to see how many of my students were able to find a love of math through those lessons. I was also able to leverage the boards to create activities where it was easy to make sure students were on task during reading centers, and to allow students to share their creativity with the class when brainstorming for our writing projects.\r\n\r\nWhen I asked my students to share some of their favorite memories from the year, many students highlighted the opportunities they had to work collaboratively with their classmates to grow their brains, especially at the whiteboards. Our classroom is a place where every child, regardless of their abilities, has the opportunity to explore, create, and learn through hands-on activities that foster curiosity and problem-solving. Thanks to your donation, we were able to provide STEM kits, and interactive materials that cater to the unique needs of each student.\r\n\r\nOne of the most remarkable changes we've seen is how the students have gained confidence in their abilities. For example, a student who previously struggled with traditional classroom activities is now eagerly participating in building projects and exploring scientific concepts through tactile learning tools. \r\n\r\nYour contribution is not only enriching our students' education but also fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and a love of learning. These skills will serve them well, not only in the classroom but throughout their lives. It is inspiring to witness the joy and pride that come from every breakthrough moment—whether it's mastering a new concept or working together to solve a problem.\r\n\r\nIn addition, the resources you provided are helping to create a more inclusive and accessible learning environment. We are able to tailor STEM activities to individual learning needs, ensuring that every child has an equal opportunity to succeed.
